Interview
It was just two interviews:
1) 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. They explained the role, discussed the total compensation and asked basic questions about my background.
2) 45-minute interview split into 2 sections. 20 minutes with a peer and 25-minutes for a mock customer introduction call with the hiring manager and a senior director of the CSM team.

During the first interview:
- Have you ever used 1Password before? If so, what would you change?
During the second interview:
The customer situation was that they already used Google for logins. They weren't sure if they were going to renew if the rest of the team doesn't want to adopt 1Password and they already use Google.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at 1Password (London, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process was 3 rounds: - Initial screening - Hiring manager interview - Panel presentation Although there were only 3 stages, I did feel the process dragged on for a while and was waiting in limbo for a few weeks. However the team was very accommodating and friendly!
