      I had a phone interview with them. Questions were guided towards the qualities they're looking for to fit the role. I'd recommend having the job post listing in front of you so your answers can relate to the position (if possible). The women interviewing me was very nice and I know she liked my answers. However, at the very end of the interview, she said that they already had a couple of other candidates that were much further along in the interview process (basically, they were close to getting an offer letter). This was very dissappointing, as I didn't understand why I was even being interviewed. I had applied to the position almost a month earlier. Not sure why they were even taking new interviews. I would suggest bringing up (at the beginning of the interview). "where are you in the interview process with other candidates?" (If you don't want to have your time wasted).

      Fast process, no task or presentation which is unusual for the role but it's good. They provide quite a lot of ressources to get prepared. The problem is mainly towards the end, when I literally received an email saying "congratulations on making it through all the stages" but with no offer, just "as a feedback" and telling me they would need more time than mentioned to make the final decision. Eventually I was contacted back few days later saying I was not successful. This was a very disturbing experience to hear about how positive and enthusiastic they were about my profile to then being rejected with no visibility on any factors taken in consideration, making the whole process quite negative at the end.
