Phone interview with an HR person then in person interview. I did not get offered a position, but the people who I interacted with were very nice and professional! They were my very first interviews ever and they helped make me feel more comfortable (as comfortable as possible for your very first interviews that is).

Same as a normal job interview, questions asked about work experience and skills. They ask competence based questions about your career experience. Formal process. No trick questions. Friendly interviewer and approachable.

I applied through third party, the process was fast, I got invited for the interview immediately. During the interview process, the interview asked about my previous emplyment and current employment. The interviewer also very friendly and helpful, they explain in details about the job.
