I applied online and received an interview invitation about a month later. The interview scheduling process was somewhat unusual, as the manager asked me to come in person to arrange the interview rather than scheduling it through messages or email. The interview itself went well, and I was told that I would receive an update within a few days to a week. However, I did not hear back after the interview. I followed up twice regarding my application status and was told that I would receive a call back because the manager was busy, but I never received any further communication. I understand that hiring decisions can take time and that managers have many responsibilities. However, I would have appreciated a final update or closure regarding the outcome of my application.
