Interview
Went through two interviews (first a phone interview with HR, and then a Zoom interview with the department). The hiring manager was very communicative until the second interview, after which I got ghosted. I later found out they hired someone from the theatre company they are merging with, which totally makes sense but it would have been nice to be informed.
