Total of 3 interviews, 1 phone screen and two in persons. Overall process went very quick. Initial phone screen with the recruiter was very pleasant, informative and helpful. Some basic experience questions, but a refreshing change of pace as he made it a conversation, not just on grilling me with a 100 questions. I was initially impressed. Second interview was at Ace Corporate and was greeted by the recruiter I had previously spoken with. Again very polite, informative and gave me a run down on who I would be speaking with (also was in the interview confirmation) and what their roles were. I first met with the manager who was very informative of what he was looking for, the culture at Ace and where he sees things going. Afterwards we whiteboarded a few scenarios. He had great practical examples of what I would be doing, as well pushed my thinking. Upon finishing with the manager, I met with the Director for a shorter period of time. He laid out the plans he had, asked me about my experience and we had a great conversation. I asked some questions and then he would. Last interview, I was called back in for a meeting with another director. Again, was very impressed with the clear and concise message that all levels of management were going after. Overall summary, it seems there is a culture shift to focusing on the customer, the brand and values. Have been very impressed.
