Tell us about a time you experienced conflict in the workplace and how you handled it.
Everyone that interviewed me was knowledgeable about the role and company overall. I enjoyed the discussions as everyone was cordial and kind. I was offered a role but unfortunately we were not able to align on some non negotiables I required. I would absolutely consider joining ADM again in the future
