Few weeks after applying HR reached me for a first interview. We arranged a Teams meeting. The interview went great, he had a very positive attitude and he introduced me the program, asked me some classical questions on my background and motivation. He told me that he thinks I am a great candidate for this program. Then told me that he will send me an email next day for the second interview with the future managers. After one week, I received nothing. Then I tried to follow up and he told me that the process is taking more time than planned. OK. After 1 month nothing again.
