Very easy and down to earth. They treat you with respect and work with you during the process. I had 2 total interviews and they were both online. ADP is looking for young and inspiring people to join their culture.

Interview
A simple process, basic questions on Java and SQL. They asked a few behavioral questions and a few questions on the projects completed. Though it was for a technical role, the questions were not technical at all.

Interview process was 2 rounds, behavioral and technical, the process was really simple and easy to understand what they were asking, associates cared about what I had to say and also had a lot to say about their job as well.
