I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Aberdeen, Scotland) in Feb 2020
Interview
It consisted of several phases. I did the online application then was invited for an assessment, three others were in attendance. The next stage was being wallked through the store with the Manager and given a basic idea of duties to be performed . Final stage was more of a conversation but it is the final 1:1 interview.
