Interview
Got a call to come in for an interview. First round was a group interview where the General Manager came in, talked about the company and himself for a few minutes, stated he was looking for outgoing people. He then asked us to break into groups of 4-5 and get to know each other a little. He came back in about 5 minutes, asked for a group spokesperson then went around to each group asking what we talked about. After that, he had us bowl! He was looking to see who took the lead on things, and how well we interacted with others. Really looking for a personable person.
I was asked to come back a second time. He only asked a couple of questions, went over some initial paperwork and said I'd be starting as soon as the background check comes back.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMF Bowling (Glendale, AZ) in Apr 2011
