You meet in the conference room with two Supervisors and they take turns asking you situational type questions. They also give you a 1 or 2 page list of questions that you have to answer based on a situation you have been in that related to a topic and you were asked to describe how you were able to handle the situation who you would seek advice from reguarding the situation. They definitely have discussions about the questions and allow you to elaborate on your responses. This allows them to get a sense of a persons character and see if they have integrity and are able to handle or control themselves in any situation.
