in person interview after passing the online interview assessment, straight forward questions about my experience , nice interviewer, took place in store and provided an overview of the role, what my shift patterns would be, the culture at the store.

Nice easy going with time to breathe and nothing like an interrogation, questions based on their core values and team work as-well as individual experiences such as previous work. Remember to give plenty of examples use skills learned in school, Uni, hobbies outside of eduction and even past work experiences.
