Interview
An extensive interview was conducted by the COO, a brief meeting with each member of the Supply Chain team, and lastly with the CEO. The interview with the Supply Chain team members was designed to help me to get to know the team. The CEO wanted me to make each decision as if it was my money that I was spending.
