phone interview then in person interview. they ased you behavoir react questions and sales questions. comment on your expeirences, tell me about a time where you had to handle escalaltion. tell me about a time you receive negative feedback.
Straightforward, interview via teams. After that if selected you go through background check then receive email about start date and time. Pretty easy interview. Be able to sale and persuade a customer. Have great communication skills.
