The interview was very informal. Meet with the hiring Manager than follow up with the Director than few days latter an offer was presented. After it was signed then a meeting was was set up with HR personal for processing for onboarding.

Overall pretty straightforward interview, a lot of questions on my background past experiences and some basic accounting and finance concepts. Interviewer was really nice, RTO is mandated at the company though
