Interview
Two persons interviewed me, one is recruiter and another is Vice President. I love the atmosphere which makes you feel very comfortable. The recruiter told me that there are total three interviews, the first one in today is just to see "if I like you and you like me". The second will relates to more professional knowledge. The third one is to talk about benefits and salary.

Interview
The interview was easy, they ask you to introduce yourself to them, and also ask about if you have got a sales Experience. Just sell yourself to them and you will be hired
Applied online and was contacted for an interview about a week later. The first interview was one-on-one and consisted of a mix of background and behavioral questions, and very conversational.

Very simple Interview, based off my experience seems like everyone gets the role.
This is more of an insurance sales position rather than an actual “advisor”. Make sure to ask as many questions as possible
