Very friendly and nice experience. Team seem lovely and they care about mental health projects. The job hours couldn't be condensed into 4 days so wasn't the right fit for me
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AbbVie
Interview
Interviews were done virtually and I first spoke to the hiring manager. When I moved to the second round, I spoke to three more managers and team leads for about 30 minutes each. One of the interviewers had a lot of background noise and seemed more interested in what was happening at the office than our conversation. Another interviewer made some remarks that implied they didn't like my experience and preferred a different candidates. Although they made those interviews uncomfortable, everyone else I worked and spoke with were great. The HR rep that assisted me was responsive and very helpful.

Interview
There are multiple interviews and this is an extremely hard company to get into. I honestly feel like you have to know someone because I’ve seen multiple new college grads starting with them in roles that should require years of experience.
