I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Las Vegas, NV) in Oct 2009
Interview
They interviewed us in a group order, there were 5 of us, and they asked various basic interview questions. Why do you want this job? Why would you be good? What is your proudest achievement? That sort of thing. It was a really easy process, they hire anyone that sounds like they care to be there and are some what conversational, 2 of the 5 of us got the job, including myself.
One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Santa Barbara, CA)
Interview
A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Interview
Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
