I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (London, England) in Nov 2015
Interview
I first had to fill out online application and complete a competency test. Once I'd passed that stage, I had to do a video interview answering 9 pre-set interview questions displayed on the screen and recorded my answers via webcam. I then progressed to the assessment centre where I had to do a group interview (2 interviewers watching and taking notes, 4 people in the group) followed by a face to face interview with one manager.

Interview
There were three parts. The first was the online application and a logical reasoning test. The second was a digital interview where you record yourself asking predetermined questions. The third was the in person interview in London. I found the process to be challenging, which I thought was good, because it meant that the company has high standards. Overall, I found it to be quite enjoyable especially the final part where I got to visit the London offices and meet people who work for the company.
