I applied through university. I interviewed at Accenture (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process starts with applying online. They sent a 3-hr long assessment primarily focused on gauging your soft skills (nothing technical). Then after a few weeks, recruiter reached out for an hr long phone screen process to find the right team and position. Week later, the recruiter notified me the spots for the fall recruiting cycle were filled thus they couldn't move me to the final rounds of interviews.
30 min recruiter screen
2 hours back to back interviews, split into 1 hour behavioural, 1 hour case study.
Case study must be prepared ahead of time and is about a technology application of your choosing
30 minute recruiter call with basic behavioural questions, things like Why Accenture? Tell me about a time ...
A couple of weeks later got scheduled for the final interviews. Back to back 1 hour interviews, first interview is a pitch deck style presentation where you have to present about a technology of your choosing. The second interview is just more behavioural questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Tampa, FL) in Oct 2023
Interview
Very long process with little communication. 0. Applied 3 weeks later 1. Phone resume review with recruiter 2-3 weeks later 2. 2 Final Interviews. Presentation and a "technical interview". Technical interview was just behavioral. 3 weeks later Rejection
