Interview
The interview process was fine, but when I cleared all the rounds of interviews they did put my candidature on hold and mentioned they don't have a budget. Human Resources isn’t a thing we do. It’s the thing that runs our business, but I feel it's time to get the right people in this profession.
It was straight forward. First talent acquisition, then two VPs interview me separately due to availability. The talent acquisition asked simple questions. However, the VPs were very specific to solutions, what would I do, and what I have done regarding past experiences.
they were confused between actual cloud (private on how switches and all are to be understood) vs what a CSP is (eg aws,azure... etc). Overall it was nice but they were confused
Las tres primeras entrevistas muy positivas y seguidas entre sí. La última se demoró más de un mes en confirmarme la oferta. Me permitieron entrevistarme directamente con el equipo, fue muy positivo.
