I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Achievement First (Providence, RI) in Mar 2020
Interview
Everything ran very smoothly and was clearly communicated from beginning to end. I began by submitting my resume on the website, then scheduled a follow up call with the recruiter. I answered some long form questions through their application portal (where I also updated my applicant profile and input my references). After this a finalist day interview was scheduled, where I (virtually) taught a demo lesson to the principal, recruiter, and academic dean, in addition to more standard interview questions and some scenario role play. We scheduled a follow up call with the principal for the next day, where I was offered the job!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Achievement First (New York, NY) in Mar 2020
Interview
The process is pretty straight forward application, phone interview, references, and demo lesson interview. The demo lesson was a video call due to the epidemic with the school principal, talent acquisition member, and 2 deans. During all exchange of contact they were very genuine and welcoming.
