I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Action Tutoring
Interview
Series of questions, some org related, some competency. Suggested responses were in STAR format as requested by email. The role was split between DBS checks and training docs on platform, there were some specific questions around ensuring training docs are edited and tracked correctly

Question 1
Why I applied to this role in particular, at this organisation
Had a 50 minute online interview with x3 people. I was told I’d hear the result by the end of the week. By the next Wednesday I’d still not heard so contacted the HR Manager, who then had to the chase the hiring manager. In the email, she said to respond for feedback so I did. This was over 3 weeks ago and still not had a response. So yes a disappointing experience

I had an in-person interview with my prospective manager and another colleague. Overall, the process was efficient and straightforward. I didn't get an offer but overall the experience was positive and helpful, and I received great feedback.
