It was very formal, structural, and conventional in-person job interview with the Senior Bookkeeper (direct report) for an in-house A/R bookkeeping role in the accounting department. There wasn't an assessment component.

Simple straightforward, in person , general approach, behavioral questions , commute time ,contract signing for benefits salary expectations , general questions. Nothing in general other than past experiences. CV related questions.
