Interview
The interview entailed a hiring manager round and 3 additional interviews with members of the People team. The interviewers used behavioral based interview questions and created a comfortable environment to easily respond.
The recruiter was not very engaged. The questions were standard. They shared a very low salary band which was disappointing for a high growth company. I ended up never hearing back.
