First it was a technical+personal interview Second it was group discussion round Third was the hr round. It was very good experience to be interviewed by the CEO itself. And the group discussion round is the most important round which will be having the most points as compared to the other, as here your communication and ability to contribute to the team and other soft skills will be judged.
