Interview
The hiring process is 3 interviews. The first interview they get to know about your job history and experience. The second interview you watch a video about the company history and afterwards ask why you are interested in the company and why you think you would be a good agent. The third interview they ask your expectations and goals. If they like your response, they offer you the job and schedule insurance classes. They also get all of your paperwork taken care of.

Why do you think you would be a good insurance agent?
Painted a good picture but haven't seen the full image as yet. Had a couple interviews on line that seemed to show a good work environment and possible income potential . However did emphasize building a team.
Group interview and then one on one over the phone. Fair and honest questions by kind people, can’t complain at all. I think it’s safe to call it my best experience
Thorough and well prepared. Asked great questions. Knew what they were doing. Met with two people. Would recommend this company. Ended up getting the role. Nothing weird about the interview.
