I had a great telephone interview and then a face to face interview. The interview was fine the issue started after the face to face interview. I had to email the recruiter about 3 times, message her on LinkedIn, connect with the individuals who interviewed me for an out come. After 4 weeks of chasing them repeatedly I got a rejection email. I already knew I was unsuccessful however it would have been nice for the company to have got back to me so that i could have continued my job search and not wait weeks for an answer.
