Pretty straight forward. I met with the Director within a few days of being contacted. I came in late on a Friday so I didn't get the company feel when I was there because everyone else had left. The person interviewing me was very matter-of-fact in how the interview would go and laid it out when we started, as far as the order in which he wished to proceed.
