An initial phone interview/ overview of the job description and responsibilities. Also, a good time to talk about yourself. A second, in-person, interview with the Team Leads, and a third interview with higher management.

Interview
Not too bad, standard interview process. You get to interview with hr and they explain the role well. They are up front about the workload and pay. Only complaint is they offer to let you see the office, you have to do that on your own.
First round of interview with recruiter then the second around was with a Regional Operation Manager. The interview was awkward because the op manager was half asleep and provide zero response to anything.
