The Interview process consisted of three phases; the online test, the teams meeting and the in-person meeting. The online test was three coderbyte questions testing OOP knowledge. The teams test had lots of questions about OOP principles, databases and development practices. For the in-person interview, travel was subsidised. The questions were similar to the teams interview, but more detailed. The interview finished with some printed out logic questions and a psychometric test.
