the interview process is quite rigorous. There were 3 interviews in total over a period of 4 weeks. technical knowledge of the pensions industry required. I first met with the department head for the preliminary interview, then a second panel Interview with 3 people and finally I sat down with the CEO (the company is medium sized) .
