I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Align Technology (Detroit, MI) in May 2021
Interview
This has been one of the worst interview processes I've ever experienced. I applied for a manger role in the Operations in Supply Chain department before Christmas 2020. Didn't hear anything until early May when a recruiter reached out to gauge interest. After an arduous process just getting time with the recruiter (very slow and unresponsive), my 30 min phone interview was 20 min. Some basic questions were asked about my experience. Recruiter said that they'd talk to the hiring manager to possibly schedule a follow up. I've yet to hear back on this (over 1 month), and have e-mailed the recruiter to just simply let me know if I didn't get the role so I'm not hanging. If I get an answer from the recruiter it's vague and non-helpful. I have no idea if it's the role, this recruiter, or the company, but the interview process is poor at best from what I can tell. Really disappointed b/c the role seemed like a pretty good fit and based on my past experience it would have been a great position. Didn't even get the chance to move on, with poor communication. I still don't know what status I'm in b/c this recruiter is so bad at getting back to me. I am trying to write this as politely as possible, but if the recruitment is any indication of the company as a whole, I'm not sure I would want to work for them (even if it is in an ideal spot in South Scottsdale/North Tempe, AZ.
