Alignable Fullstack Developer interview questions

One of the more unprofessional interview processes I've experienced. I was scheduled for a phone interview but the recruiter never called (she said she had forgotten). I agreed to reschedule--mistakes happen and I didn't think too much of it. However, later I was invited for a technical phone interview with the CTO and, again, I didn't receive a call at the scheduled time. I don't know if it was the recruiter or the CTO that dropped the ball the second time, but I wouldn't want to work at a company that seemingly doesn't respect candidates' time.
