Allianz SE was my primary choice when it came to work and career plans. I applied several times and hoping to be a part of it because I heard so much about it. Fortunately, for once I got shortlisted for the position of Intern. I was asked to complete a task within 7 days, (data sets were given with not very clear objectives).
The task to do in a week, one can guess was not short, above that, I was asked to send the PPT files one day before the interview as a strict deadline.
My interview was on video call as it was during corona crisis. After I presented and was interviewed, I asked twice about the feedback and the proximity of the results they expected. Sadly, the interviewers seem to be in a kind of hurry and promised me to come with feedback when they have an answer.
The interview slot was for 1 hour, however, they wanted to finish it within 45 minutes. Very sad. I received my automated rejection letter after 45 days of my interview. I have never been so disappointed, and request them to NOT grill someone hopelessly for just an INTERN position.
