Fill out application online based on qualification someone calls you within 24 hrs for a phone interview once phone interview was completed they email you a personality test/iq test if completed to their standards they call you back to set up an inerview during waiting period for interview they expect you to take a drug test and agree to a background check before you interview with a member of the management team within the dept you will work in you take a timed skills test which includes data entry, interpretation, listening skills, etc then you interview before interview is over the manager leaves the room then to complete a mock call pertending they are the customer...they are looking to see how well you speak on the phone and how polite you are if all goes well you are hired
