I was sent a SQL test that was fairly easy. I completed it in less time than was allocated for it. I have extensive experience writing SQL professionally. I also have several certifications and academic credits for SQL and Database Design. They said I did not pass the assessment. I find it 100% impossible. I asked for the results. Prove what they're saying as I challenge their response. They have gone quiet. I wonder why. Ageism I suspect. Perhaps the EEOC should be engaged.
