The interview process was efficient whilst providing ample opportunity to showcase my experience - as the candidate, and learn more about the company and its growth strategy and direction. Questions and conversation were always underpinned by business / operational alignment.

Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial discussion with HR, followed by a technical interview, and concluding with a final round with the Regional Manager.
