The first interview was relatively painless. I interviewed at my university with a panel-- two Altria employees. They were very nice and seemed genuinely engaged in what I had to say. The questions were pretty much all behavioral.
The second interview was more formal at a local hotel. I interviewed with another panel, but these employees were very high up within the company. They asked about twice as many behavioral questions... but it felt like they were asking the same questions over and over.
