Straightforward application process on the Amazon website. I applied for positions in the UK and USA but based on my language skills I was contacted for a position in another European country. Two months after applying I was selected for a phone interview.

Why am I interested in Amazon and why am I passionate about an operations pathway position (me being in the middle of a career switch)
Interviews are based on Amazon Leadership principles. Interview process went very smoothly with mostly focusing on my previous experience. They expect the answers in STAR format. Also, some other behavioral questions are also asked. Since I joined as an intern there were only two rounds of interviews.

this was a pretty easy questions -- straight from the leadership principles. if you dont have these google it and use it to do the star method for your preparation.

Interview
Recruiter screening followed by an interview loop. All behavioural questions. The interview loop consists of four back-to-back interviews that take like 4-5 hours; it's mostly conversations surrounding LPs. Give quantifiable figures in your stories and use STAR method to answer questions.
