The standard process for AWS. First interview with HR, followed by the hiring manager. Next 6 rounds of interview with various stakeholders in AWS office. All the interviews are back to back and prepare that interviewees are constantly typing notes... Very irritating. Then there was a written assignment to describe the most innovative thing I've done in my career followed by another hiring manager interview.
