I passed the psicometrical test. After two weeks they wrote me a mail, I had a phone interview.
Too long, around 40 minutes. Standard questions about my CV, studies, past experience, skills and some behavioral.
Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
