Decent process, but they were very slow to respond and to set up subsequent meetings. Compared to other companies their recruiting process is very slow. You have to be very paitent

Describe a situation where you were forced to do something you did not want to do.
I was invited long time ago for the interview for the Facility Manager position in this company. I had conversation with some "higher" positioned person and I didn't pass this interview, it was fine, but I received the reason as not having enough experience which could be read from my cv. I spend a lot of time and some money to reach there.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2024
