I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Boston, MA) in Aug 2024
Interview
Amazon has a rigorous interview process that was both overwhelming while also not being explained well. One of the panel didn’t bother turning on his camera which was rude. I wasn’t provided with any context as to who I was interviewing with outside of the hiring manager and direct team member.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2023
Interview
The interview process is super super positive~! The interview process with Amazon is a standard process that starts with resume screening and HR talk, followed by an interview with the manager and a portfolio evaluation or project assessment and ends with a final interview with various team members and 1-2 bar raiser(s), which could last for 5-6 hours. This final interview sounds very intimidating, but given all the support and time that they invest in the new hire, (intra-country relocation assistance, visa support, green card support, etc), the interviewee really has nothing to complain about at all!!! The HR conducts interview preparation sessions that walk through applicant the process, timeline, etc. So, overall, it sounds intimidating, but it is very transparent, organized, and super positive!
