I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Ambassador Labs in Mar 2022
Interview
Overall, one of the best interview processes I've experienced in my career. Everyone was very kind, welcoming, and candid through the entire process.
The process began with outreach from a recruiter through LinkedIn that quickly led to a call with the recruiter. Following that, there were 3 more interviews with the VPoE, other EMs, and someone from Product for them to better understand me as a manager and to give me a chance to learn more about the various aspects of the organization and company. Finally there was a cross-functional call with a long time employee from the Marketing department.
Through all the stages, everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely excited to share more about the company.
