I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amdocs in Feb 2022
Interview
For the most part, the interview process was about what I would expect for this role. It did not include any coding questions, and focused mostly on previous work experience and how I would work in their environment. I received an offer quickly after completing the interview, but had other pending interviews (scheduled well in advance of this one) so I was not able to provide an immediate answer. At this point, I started being pressured to accept the position, but at a lower salary than had been initially discussed. This alone wasn't a deal breaker, but the fact that I felt like I was being pressured to commit to the position quickly without having the information I needed to make an informed decision led me to decline the offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Amdocs (Raleigh, NC) in Jul 2022
Interview
It was recruiter call, then manager call.
I got invited into two meetings but both were more manager roles: data management and QA architect roles. Meanwhile I applied for SDET role online. My meetings got cancelled more than a couple times. Reason was down environment, they said. I had to cancel all in one shot even after did all from my side. Because it was real chaotic on recruiter side as well as manager side. Because job interview was absolutely mismanaged by them. I had to withdrawn from their process, not having time on playing gambling through unclear jobs/recruiter/manager
