I applied online via Indeed.com and was called by someone I'm guessing was a recruiter within a few days. The background was noisy, she was confused about my location (clearly stated in my resume/application) and continued to ask questions that she would have known by viewing my application... when we decided that particular position might not work for me, she told me to call back the next day to discuss some other options. When I did, it was even NOISIER, she had no idea what I was calling about, and I spent most of the call listening to her reading emails/thinking aloud while she tried to figure out what we should be discussing. She then told me I had an offer (doubtful) and she would call back with details in the next few days... she never called.
