Interview
Once application filled out online, you receive an email to take an assessment; which involves collection situation type questions, then the usual more then likely less then likely question, and a typing exercise.
Once completed and selected you get an email offering you an digital interview with HireVue. A bit awkward but it asked you STAR method questions and allows you to respond through either your cell camera or Web cam. I used my phone and worked perfect.
After the digital interview if selected they follow up with a phone interview, asking about your past experience, job expectations, why Amex, and a few more STAR questions.
On same phone call was offered a face to face interview with hiring manager. Interview went over resume, more situation on the job questions from past experience. Then a role play of a collection call with one of the managers. Once complete they gather all info and call you back with a decision/offer
Hiring process took 5 days due to applying on a friday. Background and drug test took 2 weeks to complete.

Interview
The whole process took 1 week. I applied and took an assessment the next day.
The assessment took about 1 hour. The following day I was called by a recruiter who interviewed me for approximately 35 minutes and the whole processes was not stressful. She asked a few questions and also spoke about the position. I was then called about 3 days later to schedule an interview in 2 days.
