Interview
Interview process was ok. The panel was a bit vague in the questions they asked. I felt it would have been better to have a case study-type interview. Overall, I didn't get a super great vibe from the people I interviewed with. They seemed a little fake, which isn't what I would hope for in a non-profit job.
I interviewed at American Humane (London, England)
Interview
Screening interview after completing onerous and overly long questionnaire that was too broad and would be better suited to after screening interview . Friendly junior HR staff member. Feedback within a week.

Interview
There were four rounds of interviews, screening interview with HR, then 1 on 1 with hiring manager, then two panels. Final panel interview was in physical office with upper management.
I was told I'd absolutely hear something by the first week of July (which was two weeks after my last interview) and was completely ghosted. I feel I dodged a disorganized organization. It does not seem like they are organized nor respectful of interviewees' time.
